Hi there! I’m Virginia Jeyapal, the founder and CEO of Shadow Management Consulting Inc. With over 26 years of experience in the career consulting field, I’ve dedicated my life to helping executive leaders and mid-career professionals unlock their true potential and achieve their dreams. It’s truly my passion!

Since starting Shadow Management Consulting in 2000, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with more than 100,000 clients. I love crafting tailored resume strategies that not only highlight unique stories but also adapt to the ever-changing job market. In today’s landscape, staying ahead of trends is crucial, especially with the rapid advancements in AI. I believe in the human-centric resume that tells each individual persons professional story.

When I’m not working one-on-one with clients, you can find me energizing audiences in Canada and the US, sharing insights on executive branding, career transitions, and interview coaching. There’s nothing quite like seeing the light bulb go off when someone realizes their own potential!

I hold an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from NYIT and a Bachelor of Arts from Western University in Ontario, Canada. I’m also a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and a Certified Interview Coach (CIC) / Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP). As a long-standing member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARW/CC), I’m here to support you every step of the way in your career transition.
